The Israeli Communications Ministry decided to confiscate all iPads coming into the country. And the main reason behind it is because of a problem in wireless connection.Here's some complaints "Like the iPad will pick up a signal, and then lose it just as quickly". Another complainant named Al said that his iPad "will work fine for a while, but show a low signal".
The ministry's engineering staff doesn’t participate to test the iPad's compatibility with Israel's wireless networks.

The iPad device sold exclusively today in the United States operates at broadcast power levels [over its WiFi modem] compatible with American standards. As the Israeli regulations in the area of WiFi are similar to European standards, which are different from American standards, which permit broadcasting at lower power, therefore the broadcast levels of the device prevent approving its use in Israel
Then lest just respect their both decision. And wait until the Apple Company decided to have an arrangement meeting with Israeli Communications. Lets just hope that this issue will be resolve soon.
